Plant protein powders: protein per serving on every label we carry
Plant proteins vary more than whey: a scoop can hold 15 g or 30 g, and the blend (pea, brown rice, chia, pumpkin) decides the texture and the amino acid profile. The dose below is the printed protein per serving for each plant powder we track.

Questions people ask
Does plant protein have as much protein as whey?
Per scoop it can — several plant powders print 20–30 g — but scoops are bigger. Compare protein per 100 kcal or per dollar with our calculators rather than per scoop.
Pea protein vs a blend?
Blends (pea + rice, or several sources) are used to round out the amino acid profile; single-source pea isolates are common in sport lines. The label lists the sources in order of amount.
